SHIPPING
Shipping Locations All orders are shipped from NY, U.S. to the U.S. We are currently unable to ship orders outside the U.S. We are also unable to accept international credit cards for all orders.
Order Processing All orders* will be processed within 2 business days excluding holidays / weekends. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
*Excludes pre-orders and sold out items.
Shipment Method Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Service. Shipping time and cost depends upon the delivery location.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay.
RETURNS
All purchases from Szia Skin are final sale. We do not accept returns. If you have a concern regarding any product, please contact us.
ORDERS
Cancel/Edit Order We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
Wrong Shipping Address If the correct/updated shipping address is not provided by shipment date, the order will be considered forfeited. The customer will have to pay for shipping to receive the order as it will have to be repackaged and labeled.
Order Hasn't Been Delivered Shipments may be subject to delays due to certain regions and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 10 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@sziaskin.com.
